What were you looking for in a real estate agent and why did you choose Travis?
Because this has been my first purchase, I did not realize the importance of selecting the right real estate agent. I did not interview any real estate agents, but I did choose a great one! I ultimately chose Travis to be my Realtor because I was familiar with his name. We used to frequent a local gym, Perpetual Fitness and I remember seeing his name on the sweat towels. I chose him because of this familiarity, his positive demeanor and local connection to Spruce Grove.
What were you most nervous or concerned about?
I was nervous and concerned about everything! However, with the help of Travis and Sara, the process was efficient, streamlined and the entire experience was positive and exciting. Their ability to communicate and answer all questions pertaining to my purchase further encouraged my enthusiasm.
What surprised you about the process?
What surprised me about the process was how easy the steps were to take in relation to the first point of contact with Travis up to the congratulation text regarding the purchase.
What was the best part of your buying experience?
Definitely hearing the enthusiasm from Travis and Sara regarding the successful purchase of my home. As a first time home buyer, those personable qualities helped me trust the process and trust the real estate agent.
Were there stressful moments and how were they handled?
I wouldn’t say I experienced stressful moments because my experience of purchasing a home was relatively quick, effortless and all forms of communication were kept open. Emails, phone calls and texts were answered within reasonable time frames and sometimes quicker than I expected!
How did Travis guide you through the buying process?
As a first time home buyer, Travis was my guide for the entire buying process. His willingness to help an eager woman looking to build her name financially on paper only heightened my excitement. His approach really helped build the momentum and ultimately helped to create my success story.
Would you do anything differently?
Maybe reach out sooner, but there will be a next time!
What advice would you have for someone who is thinking of buying a home?
Go for it and ask plenty of questions.
Would you hire Travis again?
I would hire Travis again! This is because of his friendliness and transparency regarding his own experience with real estate. Furthermore, I like the fact that he is a real estate agent that doesn’t pressure a potential buyer into purchasing a home.
