What were you looking for in a real estate agent and why did you choose Travis?
We were looking for someone who could guide us and give us honest advice and not just want want to sell and earn the profit. We interviewed a lot of real estate agents, but then we heard about Travis from one of our friends who really praised his work, which is why we decided to choose Travis as our agent.
What were you most nervous or concerned about?
Being first time home seekers, we did not know much about what to look out for when visiting properties and were really worried about landing in a bad deal. Having Travis as our agent really eased the process for us and he gave his honest and sincere advice at every step of the process.
What stood out to you about the process?
We were surprised how much having the right agent mattered and everything went so smoothly and quickly that could otherwise have been a scary experience.
What was the best part of your buying experience?
The best part of the process was the feeling of owning our own home.
Were there stressful moments and how were they handled?
I feel really happy to say that there were no stressful moments for us throughout the process.
How did Travis guide you through the buying process?
As mentioned earlier, being first time home buyers we were not sure how to go about the process. We did not have to worry. For example, if something needed repair or inspection, Travis got that covered for us, knowing that we did not have much knowledge about the market or the process.

What advice would you have for future clients?
We would advise everyone to pay serious attention to looking for the right agent as it lays the base for the rest of the home buying experience process.
Would you hire Travis again?
Of course we would, there is no doubt about that. We never felt for a second that we were dealing with an agent. It was like a friend was helping us through the process. We could rely on his advice right from the moment that we met him. All we can say is THANK YOU for making home buying such a pleasant experience for us. We shall be forever grateful to him.
