Read their story…

What were you looking for in a real estate agent and how many did you interview?

We wanted someone we could trust especially being first time home buyers. We had no idea what we were doing. Travis was recommended to us by friends and after hearing how well their experience was, we felt confident scheduling an appointment.

Why did you ultimately choose Travis to be your real estate agent?

After meeting with Travis, we immediately felt like he was the right fit. He was knowledgeable, patient, and you could just tell he was very passionate about the work he does.

What were you most nervous or concerned about in the process?

We were nervous about not finding a house within our budget that had everything we were looking for.

What stood out to you about the process?

What stood out to us was how grateful we were to have Travis. He wasn’t afraid to be honest and steer us away from something that was not best for us.

What was the best part about your buying experience?

Getting the confirmation that the house was ours.

Were there stressful moments and how were they handled?

As first time home buyers there was a lot of unknowns which caused some stress, Travis was always quick to respond to our concerns via text or phone calls.

How did Travis guide you through the buying process, including when you made an offer?

Travis provided a booklet that explained all steps of the buying process, he took the time to explain every step. During our offer period he was very calming and supportive.

Would you do anything differently?

Wouldn’t change a thing!

What advice do you have for someone who is thinking of buying a home?

Hire Travis!

Would you hire Travis again?

100%, best in the business.

It was a pleasure sharing your home buying journey with you Devin and Chantel.
