What were you looking for in a real estate agent and how many did you interview?

We were looking for someone experienced, knowledgeable about the local market, and responsive. We didn’t interview any, our neighbours had used Travis to sell their home and didn’t have enough positive things to to say about him – once we connected with Travis, we knew he was our guy.

Why did you ultimately choose Travis to be your real estate agent?

Travis came highly recommended and had a strong track record in our area. He was approachable, confident, and clearly knew his stuff. After speaking with him, we trusted that he had our best interests in mind and would get the job done right. Travis wasn’t pushy with anything and we really appreciated that.

What were you most nervous or concerned about in the process?

Our biggest concern was timing — selling our home and making sure it aligned smoothly with the purchase of our new property. We also wanted to make sure we were pricing it correctly to attract the right buyers without leaving money on the table.

What surprised/stood out to you about the process?

We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything moved once we listed. The amount of interest and showings we had right away stood out. Travis’s marketing efforts clearly paid off.

How did you feel about the way your home was marketed and what stood out to you?

The marketing was professional and impressive. The photos, listing description, and online presentation made our home shine. We felt like Travis showcased it in the best possible way.

What was the best part of your selling experience?

Seeing the “SOLD” sign go up and knowing we could move forward with our next chapter was a great feeling. But more than that, having everything go smoothly and professionally was a huge relief.

Were there stressful moments and how were they handled?

There were definitely a few stressful moments, especially with timelines and offers, but Travis stayed calm and helped us weigh our options. He was always available to answer our questions and give solid advice, which made a big difference.

How did Travis guide you through the selling process, including when you received an offer/s?

He kept us informed at every step and was a great communicator. When we got an offer, he walked us through all the details and made sure we understood everything before making a decision. He offered great insight without pushing us, which we appreciated.

Would you do anything differently?

Honestly, no. Travis made everything super easy and accommodated our tight timelines.

What advice do you have for someone who is thinking of selling their home?

Work with someone you trust and who knows your local market well. Be ready to act quickly once you list, and try to stay flexible during showings and negotiations. A good agent makes a huge difference.

Would you hire Travis again? If yes, why? If no, why not?

Absolutely! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience .We’d recommend him in a heartbeat.
