I grew up in Parkland County on acreage south of Spruce Grove. It was a fantastic place to grow up and to be outside and to enjoy all the county has to offer was a memorable experience for me! Plenty of green space, open fields, and trail systems were available and I’ll never forget riding my bike in the summer or riding my snowmobile across fields in the cold winter months. I still utilize the county to this day by making often visits to Chickakoo Lake recreation area, visiting my parents’ home, or enjoying several lakes in the summer that are located within Parkland County.
